Good to hear from you. And you’re so right – action IS the antidote! That’s a great way to put it. I think for me, it helps to remind myself that even doing little things count as action (as opposed to waiting for a single grand gesture to take shape). It’ a process, that’s for sure.
I hope you have a terrific summer, too! Good luck on your projects as well – thanks for the note!
Dear Mindy,
Although I realize your post and video are more than 7 years old, I can’t help but respond to your infectious positivity! I LOVE the PEI hat! You look absolutely fetching! I hope you have had more dream vacations since then. 🙂
I am a finalist for the 2018 Reality Blog Challenge and have been bouncing all over this blog for insights and ideas. Fear of success is a topic that resonates with me — like a live wire. Thank you for your tips.

Hey Mindy,
Love the makeover! And you’re right on target with the fear thing..
I think it’s a hangup everyone has to some degree. And the only antidote that’s ever worked for me is action, pure, plain and simple.
Keep up the great work with your reality blog and have a great Summer..
