Keep pluggin’ Mindy- stay focused as Joshua would say on your next action steps. I noticed your writing has evolved into being more comfortable if that was possible. Thanks for putting yourself out there.
Hi, Lee!
So good to hear from you! Thank you and thank you for the kind words – you’re always such a big motivation boost for me. I waffle between being shocked that “six months have already slipped by and there’s still so much to do!” versus “I still have six months to go – and there’s so much I can do!” It’s definitely a process, huh?
I hope you’re doing well, too. Any updates you’d like to share?
Thanks again for the comment – it’s always terrific to “see” a friendly face on here!
All the best,
Mindy
I admire your willingness to take off for new adventures, at one point we all become a bit hesitant, but know that a clean break is necessary if we are to overcome some old and powerful convictions.
We tolerate a long period of doubt before we are entirely comfortable with the new person we become.
WOW, Rick – thanks!
I really love the way you phrased that – “We tolerate a long period of doubt before we are entirely comfortable with the new person we become.”
I think that really hits the nail on the head. Things are changing, everything’s looking up, and I’m making progress … but at the same time, there are plenty of weird and awkward points. It’s a little like growing a third leg. If I could figure out how to use it, I could probably go faster, but for now, well, I’m still clumsy. Getting there….

It will be worth the wait!
